I will guide you into a hypnotic state of awareness similar to a state of deep meditation.
Through bypassing the conscious mind, we’re able to uncover any beliefs holding you back at the subconscious level.
After the awareness phase, I’ll guide you through a processing, rewiring and transforming phase.

I work with all clients 1-1 to create personalized plans specifically targeting individual goals including but not limited to stress management, balanced life, self confidence, improved mindset, positive habit building and daily routines, etc.
Coaching sessions include a short meditation/breathwork portion at the beginning, followed by a check in, reflective questioning, and growth work.

MEDITATION & BREATHWORK
Single Sessions
Experience how you can optimize your health and wellbeing through accessing deeper levels of consciousness to promote relaxation and rejuvenation, as well as through breathing techniques to recenter and rebalance.
We will explore which exercises would be beneficial for you to implement regularly.
Who is this for?
Those who need a quick energetic reset to feel balanced.
Those interested in learning quick and effective techniques to apply regularly.
What is the expected result?
This will depend on your intention for our session.
Ex1. If you are feeling overwhelmed and stressed, we would utilize specific meditation and breathwork techniques to calm the mind/body and relax.
Ex2. If you are feeling drowsy and lethargic, we would utilize other meditation and breathwork techniques to energize the mind/body and rejuvenate.
How does it work?
This session will take place via Google Meet. Please ensure a comfortable seat, and functioning webcam.
You may choose to lay down for certain breathing exercises or during the guided meditation.
